Chiluba’s judgement postponed to August
Judgement in former president Fredrick Chiluba' s cases has been
deferred to August 14, 2009.
This is to allow the court to study the late
written submissions by the former president's lawyers.
supposed to be delivered next Monday, July 20, 2009.
This is in the case
where Dr. Chiluba is jointly charged with two directors of the defunct Access
Financial Service (AFS), Faustin Kabwe and Aaron Chungu in a case involving 500
thousand US dollars (US$$$500,000).
The case is heard by Ndola High Court
